I was shopping with my family and a rep asked me if the other company quit. I respond that I don't know and keep shopping. (I almost missed my appointment by the way.) He then asked a sales person who said the same thing and the rep acted like he should know everything. Very bad interaction!

Didn't show or call to inform they wouldn't show for their appointment. Upon arrival 1.5hrs late to the appointment the sales rep tried to resolve the situation by indicating they've talked to someone not even related to the business.nUnprofessional, incompetent and absolutely a waste of time.nnThey can't even take a few values over the phone or through their contact form and not butcher the simplest of details.nIf you can't comprehend the simple details I'm spelling out for you you clearly can't manage providing any business services for me or others that have any sense of standards.

Had a good tour of the place while on an interview. They where all super friendly and extremely sanitary
