Got a great deal on a basically new CRV. Mike was great, still learning I feel, but super likeable. They even stayed open later for us to purchase since we live very far away. That being said I think your hours are kinda bad. I know staying open later means you had to stay later, and you could really see it on your faces that you didn't want to be there. We felt very unwanted. Regardless, we appreciate the sale of our new car. Thank you.
Leaf was great! She knew so much about cars and taught us a lot! She was so easy and fun to talk to and wasn’t pushy and awkward like a lot of car sales people we have worked with in the past! She made our experience amazing and we felt as if she cared and wanted us to get the best car for our needs! Everyone, try to get her to help you buy and look at cars if you can! Thank you!

Went in to just look at a car that was advertised and we received a warm welcome and all the information we needed. Dan was awesome and he worked with us to make sure we were happy with our decision.
Poor experience with Doug Johnson !!!nPurchased a vehicle and within a month of owning the vehicle, it needed an $800 repair. Doug was very rude during the process, didn’t return my calls on numerous occasions also used very fowl language. Cussing and swearing at me, which as a general manager this isn’t something a customer should ever have to experience. I have bought two vehicles from a hope motors, and because of this last experience I will never purchase another in future nor will I refer family or friends. For what !!! To be treated with pure disrespect. I find it funny how during the time of sale, the salesperson I doubt with was very persistent with contacting me, but now that my vehicle has an issues I’m treated poorly as a customer, so they do NOT stand behind their customer service satisfaction!!!!
