Excellent customer service! Easy buying process, and when we did have a problem with our purchase Jeff was quick to respond and offer an acceptable solution. A caring dealership you just don't see very often.
Nice staff, good pricing
Drove over an hour to look at two different vehicles. Called him the day before and told him I was coming, I even took the day off of work to make the trip. I looked at one of the vehicles and was fairly impressed with its condition. He reviewed my trade and told me he was going to email me my quote. I told him I could wait and he said “oh, we’re you planning on buying the car today?” No, I just drove up here and asked if I could wait for my appraisal and told you I wanted to work out a deal because I didn’t want to buy it. Needless to say I never went back and bought elsewhere. No planning on going back either, ever!
Great experience. Purchased a vehicle for my Father who lives in MN. Jeff and Dean had all the solutions to get it titled and taxed in MN. They went the extra mile and then some.
I must say I wasn't expecting to buy a new car during this crazy time, but when the Chrysler financial deal came along I called Kalscheur's, Dean was extremely helpful in finding me the right vehicle and I really must say no two dealers are alike, in today's economy you never know if you are getting a good deal. I did not feel that way with Kalscheur's, in fact I feel like I got a great deal on my new 2020 Durango. If you are looking for a dealer you can trust, this is the only place you need to visit. Thank you again for taking care of me, we'll be back again !
