My husband was looking for a particular GMC truck that we found online at Desmet Autos. Mark was great to deal over the phone with, his prices were better than the twin cities and he met us halfway from our home in St. Paul in Eau Claire for delivery. Highly recommend!
I purchased a truck from Desmet during Covid-19 and they could not have made it any easier. All negotiations were done over the phone and they set up a time for me to test drive the vehicle. I love the truck! The truck developed some brake noise and needed brake work done. I knew if I took it to a Chevy dealership they would claim normal wear and tear and would slap me with a big bill. I called Desmet and asked if they would assess the brake noise. They were more than happy to help and fixed the brakes without hesitation - at no cost to me! I couldn't be happier with how Desmet treated me as a customer and the truck is in perfect shape.
I couldn't be happier. Mark went above and beyond to get all items I wanted on my new truck including business logos. The Mechanic there was outstanding as well. Best deal ever and top notch customer service.
