Awesome little gym. Close to home. Good prices. And the owner, Matt, is super friendly and always willing to help with questions.

Express Fitness is surprisingly larger than it looks on the exterior of the building. There are many free classes for members and a personal trainer who you can set up appointments with. I was skeptical of joining at first without going inside because I thought there is no way I'd have all the same equipment I had at Princeton Club. I was surprised to find they actually had everything I needed, plus a few excellent perks - a bunch of fitness magazines that have inspired me to work out harder. It's convenient to where I live, and the staff is great. They have a locker room, towels for when you get really hot working out, and plenty of machinery to do your routine. I am happy with Express Fitness and the staff's determination to make you happy and to help you reach your goals. Plenty of Zumba, Yoga, body sculpting classes, etc. for people who like the classes, and enough machinery to where you don't have to wait, especially if you go in after hours with your key card.

Great place with all the equipment needed for training. Staff is very dedicated to your fitness goals and there every step of the way for you. The wealth of knowledge and expert advice is but one of the many perks to joining this gym. Members get classes of Zumba, Yoga, and Tai Chi to name a few. I've been a member for over a year now and am AMAZED at the transformation they have helped me achieve. This is the place to be.

Affordable, amazing and encouraging staff, larger than it looks from the outside, not terribly busy in the evenings. Just go.
