Francois Ford did an amazing job, especially Jeff, in listening what I wanted, features to price range. I was able to find a perfect fit for my needs and keep it within the price range I wanted. Was great even when we made a couple changes, always there to help. Very helpful and knowledgeable on the features of the truck and took the time to show me how to use them. They also were very fair on the trade of my previous vehicle. Very happy with Francois Ford.

I was stranded in the park in town with a dead battery. With no one around to give us a ride, we walked to the dealership on a hot day. We got there and explained our situation and that we needed a new battery. They had a service tech drive us back to the car and installed the battery for us.
