They had my dads truck for six weeks and he had to google the problem for it and tell them what was wrong before you solved the problem SHAME on you. Not really quality customer service if you ask me

I recently visited Boscobel from NC. I had vehicle issues and called Fillback Chevy. They immediately gave me a solution to get it running so I could bring it in vice having it towed. Shea Mueller their service manage took me right in, gave me a loaner truck and said he would call me once they figured out what the problem was. Within an hour and a half, I was back in my truck with no further issues. Shea is the perfect man for the job. He’s polite, courteous and his in-depth product knowledge is off the charts. The entire dealership is upbeat and for a small town, it’s the place to be. Even the owner returned my call to hear what I had to say.
