We just got a 2018 Ford ecosport from Fillback Ford in Prairie Du Chien and couldn't be more happy with our choice of vehicle!! also the treatment we got from Julie Simon and Shawn Griffin was more than AMAZING when helping us, not only picking the perfect vehicle, but also get the proper financing with our current credit rating which could be better. They both made us feel more comfortable than most dealships I've dealt with in the past, instead of being made to feel uncomfortable over our credit, they instead made us feel like family as they worked their magic to ensure we were able to drive off the lot in a new car no matter what!! More business need to hire employee's such as Fillback Ford has at their Prairie Du Chien location. I could go on and on over the outstanding treatment we recieved from Julie and Shawn!!!! And even the boss, Mark Fillback I believe was his name came out to show us his appreciation!! I truly felt as the customer we were treated like family and at Fillbacks you can truly see thet family comes first!!!!
