The outlet mall is a fun place to go! So many stores so little time to go to all the ones that I wanted to. New Balance Old Navy Torrid Adidas Skechers Build A Bear just to name a few. Many more than one can cover in a day, definitely a shop til you drop type of excursion. Also an American Eagle Outfitters as well but just going by memory of what I saw. Definitely will be going here again when there is more time to spend. Definitely worth it when you are in Wisconsin Dells area.

I am so happy to hear that Lana is now the store manager!! Lana and Sharon are absolutely fabulous and have helped me for the past year and a half! Lana is an amazing manager and I’m so happy for her and excited to see the positive changes that she will be making!

waited in line with my wife and son over 1 hour,We understand so many in the store at a time no problem.a couple ahead of us waiting ,nice people,our son needed the rest room after waiting so long ,as me and my son got back to the store my wife had just entered, the girl at the door said we had to go in back of the line and wait again,what are you serious even the couple behind us said we could go in ahead of them we just went to use rest room for our son ,this girl power hungry woman to control people was rude ,expected me and my son to wait a hour in line again while my wife was in the store she knew my wife just went in the store ,I called my wife told her we cannot come in we were told to go to the back of the line ,no more will we spend any money at that place .

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. I frequently go to the Premium Outlets in Chicago to shop for purses and the service is somewhat to be desired. At this location I felt helped, valued and not rushed. 3 people offered to help me they were not pushy and I took the help. I will be looking in the Dells more often for this type of shopping now. Thank you!

Before they release the product they should check it first! I bought a watch yesterday I am in a rush so I didn't check it if its working or not, Anyway that's a new watch it supposed to work, But I found out its not working. Its just a battery but they should check the product before releasing to the customer!
