The water park was great the room was nasty for almost $400 bucks... Bathroom specifically... Holes in the back of the door hair on furnace that wasn't ours... Soap rings and mold in bathtub... If we hadn't of checked in so late we would of asked for a different room... But sure they would of don't nothing about it anyway so didn't bother... Don't stay in building 23... But waterpark and people at park themselves were great

Clean room, comfy beds! However, no elevator due to it being only two floors. There are disabled people and people with small children and lots of luggage though that makes it a hassle. And my BIGGEST problem was NO COFFEE MAKER in the room.....what hotel doesn’t have a coffee maker in the room??? If you don’t drink coffee, need an elevator, or have lots of luggage than you will have no issues staying at these hotels. We probably will not in future because it’s not worth the price for the accommodation.

The staff have no clue whats going on. Like what's open and whats closed. The things that were open were fun

I love the amusement park, it’s a great family outing that is not expensive. The rooms are not that great to me personally.

Places starting to get a little outdated and run down for the money they're raking in but still one of the most family fun Experiences you can have. Our room in Building 21 had a white powder all over the edge of the floors, by the trim , which I'm pretty sure was for bed bugs. Not a very comforting sign. Considering the powder was still down And not mopped or swept up. We were pretty worried the whole time That the bugs were an active issue. Not to mention. Are mattresses we're pretty uncomfortable, but honestly, we only came back to the room long enough to sleep. Change clothes and head out the next morning. The place is super close to the indoor waterpark. It's also a short drive from Alligator Alley and the Kalahari.
