Kind of new to the area but been eating pizza hut for years. I gave 5 stars not because I have always received the perfect pizza in my order...but because when there was an issue it was resolved very fast and was taken care of beyond my expectations! The customer service I received when there was an issue made me feel that their customers are important and not just another order. Besides that...Waaayyyyyy better than domino's!!!
Pizzas were cold and made incorrectly. Bread sticks were tiny hard logs. Still trying to figure out how my garlic butter was HALF FROZEN. NOT TO MENTION One of the RUDEST things I've seen on a package. I understand delivery drivers make the same amount of money as a pizza maker so why should they receive a tip for doing the job they are payed to do. Don't know if they have to use their own money for gas but if that is the case why take the job. In any case why would I tip for a Job Done Incorrectly !!!!
It looks and tastes so delicious. Me and my family were able to enjoy it during this time of home quarantine. It was a fast delivery service. We'll definitely order again. Thank you and God Bless!
1 star for cold hard pizza. I placed my order online at 1pm to pick up at 5pm. Called to say I was there; then waited 31 minutes for my pizza. The only reason I got it is because they came to my car to see if an order was mine and it wasn't and I complained. Besides waiting 31 minutes in the heat and humidity in my hot car, I opened the box up to eat a slice on the way home and it was cold and hard. Unbelievable. I saw 2 delivery drivers come and go TWICE while I sat there delivering pizzas. They were busy; but I placed my order 4 hours early.
