Great place! Joe did a wonderful job showing my wife and I all the features in the car. Showed us the CARFAX report and took his time with the paperwork process to make sure we understood everything. Highly recommend

I want to say how impressed I am with this business being family dedicated. Not only was my original phone conversation remenbered days later by joe jr. He was and is more than willing to work with you if an unforeseen issue raises. I also arrived the day after my Initial phone call stating I was going to purchase a specific vehicle and after the test drive kidd you not all the paper work was filled out. I literally wrote a check signed my documents and left with a very very nice jeep cherokee. Also to note my 4 year old son needed to use the rest room and it was exceptionally clean. Thank you Portage motors for being top notch hats off to you..

Sold me a wrecked car! I'm currently on vacation with a car I bought a month ago. I went in to see a mechanic after noticing both rear tires were shredded on the inside. I thought I just needed a wheel alignment but the mechanic could tell immediately that the car had been in a wreck. I am going to need thousands of dollars in frame work to get the car back into a safe, drivable condition. Since I'm airing out my grievances, the car buying process was a nightmare as well. Joe Sr. refused to let me put down a down payment and use a loan for the rest even though I was pre-approved for a loan. I had to write a check up front for the entire amount. Stay away from this dealership!
