Although the reason I am dealing with this company is unpleasant reason, the lady I have been dealing with is very emphatic and pleasant. They have given me numerous chances & notifications to prevent wage garnishment and in the past in dealing with them, they were very, very reasonable in the amount the were willing to deduct from the wage garnishment. By state law they could have requested the minimum amount of garnishment to be 15% of after tax income, but they were willing to bring down the garnishment amount to below the 15% to something I was able to afford and live with. In my dealings with garnishment, this office is very understanding & lenient. After my experience with another company, I just wanted to say thank you on your end for your understanding and empathy to my situation.

Holds onto judgements until right to appeal has expired should be disbarred and thrown in jail. Received garnishment paperwork 1 day before I was garnished.
