My childhood friend had her Estate Plan created by Nicole, and recommend Nicole to me when my life partner and I were ready to have our Estate Plan created. Her process is clean, clear and quick. It gave me peace of mind to have our Estate Plan completed. I highly recommend Nicole Pavlik to anyone in need of Estate Planning. She is a Phoenix Estate Planning Attorney. My wife and I needed to update our estate planning documents. We looked online and found Nicole and all her great reviews. Her website is very well done and informative. Nicole was very patient and professional with us. We were able to complete our initial work over the phone (because of covid), with the final signing in her office. Charges for her services were reasonable and about what we expected. One item we really appreciated was that she presented all our documents, in a nicely organized "mini" folder. Overall, our experience with Nicole was very enjoyable and we highly recommend her for estate planning.

My husband and I had been procrastinating on addressing our estate planning requirements because there was so much confusion out there. However, we attended a workshop by Nicole. She explained everything clearly, and so we met with her and found out that what we needed to do was a lot less complicated than what we had believed. Nicole and her team worked efficiently and were so understanding in arranging meeting times, etc. - it was right at the time that Covid was breaking out. Her office environment was safe, and she had a convenient Phoenix location where we could finish the final filing. We are pleased with the results, all the filings were handled efficiently and we feel all the wiser and relieved that we found the right person to do the job. We both highly recommend Nicole and her team.

Nicole prepared all of my estate plan documents, and actually wound up saving me a lot of money. When compared to other estate plan documents, mine are the most thorough I've ever read. I think every contingency is covered. I had a list of questions which Nicole explained thoroughly, and responded quickly to my follow-up questions. I will definitely use her services again and have no reservation recommending her to friends and family.
