There’s plenty to do and the prices are right, but the people are not. I went for a fall trip to only the indoor activities. The lifeguards do not do their job. For example, The max 20 limit 10 minute warm whirlpool was full of over 30 unsupervised children and each and every guard who took watch did not say a word about their behavior, ask about parents who were NOT in the water park, nor simply tell them their 10 minutes was up and they have to move along. The park could be better with better management that doesn’t let the bad customers ruin it for everyone. It has potential, but the people don’t attempt to manage the issue

Great place for fun!!! The theam park is amaizing, if you have kids they will love it it has water slides, huge swimming pools well taken cared of, and a bunch of rides to get on all around the park. I would venture to say the roller coasters are at a higher level than six flags! They also have go carts. The park is located in a strip wich is packed with fun places! Drive right or left from it and you will find a fun unique place to eat and/or to have a fun activity (the whole street! Block after block)n3 stars because the resort hotel rooms suck, beds are old and they do not sweep or map! I don't know if it has anything to do with the pandemic but man that is awful, also the filters on the air conditioning units you can tell are not cleaned, it is so muggy that you just have to get out. Rooms are pretty small to. I know one does not go there really for the hotel, but basic cleaning and maintenance like newer beds would go a long way.nThe places to visit and things to do in the strip are great too.

The park has some really good rides and theming but it's really poorly managed. I feel that the owners don't put enough attention to safety and cleanliness. There has been 2 serious accidents in the past five years on 2 of the rides. And they could also use a more diverse ride lineup like a steel coaster or more thrilling flat rides.nnThis park has the potential to be one of the greatest in the country possibly beating out Six Flags Great America but that's not gonna happen until it gets some new more caring owners or the current owners start actually paying attention to what's going on inside the park. And instead of spending so much money buying hotels throughout the Dells, they should start spending more money building flat rides or save up to buy a steel coaster

The water park is fine. The rooms for over night stay are terrible. Cobwebs all over. The floor was dirty and unclean. The bathroom had many hairs from previous inhabitants. Was so disappointed. Updating would go along way too. My grandma saw the hutch they used for the t vs and got angry because she thought they stealing from her.
