This little auto sale and towing shop has great customer service. The owner and the employees are very friendly, and they stand by the vehicles they sell. They are so easy to work with, and they made me feel like an old friend. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good used vehicle or in need of towing.

Excellent service, extremely nice employees and very helpful. I'm not from the area and had car trouble driving through on a Friday night. I was towed by a local competitor of Lodi Shell whose name rhymes with Dill's towing. Dill had extremely poor service and I was lied to about the timeliness of the repair that needed to occur asap. I called Lodi Shell the next morning and they came to the rescue.

So I swerved off the road . Crashed in this big snow in embankment on the right side. So no damage to the left side or front. So my car get towed to their shop and I find my Cadillac's bumper pulled completely off the car!!! They tried to say it was hard to take out that it was already like that! IT WAS NOT LIKE THATnALWAYS TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR!!! PROVE THEM WRONG! LIKE I DID!!nDONT COME HERE EVEN IF YOUR DESPERATE!! NOT WORTH IT!!nNO DIGNITYnSo if this sounds familiar to you, your car most likely got damaged even more with them. Pathetic sad part is they couldn't even tell us they did this, we were just supposed to just figure it out?! And think it was our fault?!nSO NOT RIGHT TODO THAT TO A PERSON!! TURNED A POSSIBLE SMALL PROBLEM INTO THOUSANDS DOLLARS OF YOUR DAMAGE!!
