Just went to Walgreens to do some pictures. Not being real tech savvy, two real nice young ladies helped me. I believe one was Kathy, the other, Tiffany, a redhead, was so helpful, polite, just nice. Walgreens can be proud of these young ladies ,

couldn’t believe how rude ALL of their staff was during my visit. (although not including the lady at the pharmacy counter). came here to pick up a prescription for my mother. asked an employee where something was, and was literally pointed into a direction and told “down a couple aisles.” she couldn’t even look up at me from what she was doing. then the two employees at the front were radiating “i hate my job.” short responses, skipping to payment and not letting me put in my rewards, nor asking because i had to bring it up, and the one was wearing gloves and giving nasty looks to the customers. she acted like their items were hazardous when picking them up. i was also not counted back my money and had said i didn’t want a bag, yet my things were in a bag. (i don’t ever use plastic bags). and the bathroom was appalling. i work at the deforest walgreens by pick and save and NONE of that would fly at our store. unbelievable. i really truly couldn’t believe how the staff i came in contact with acted, and how negative the environment was. wow

Very long wait at checkout, and your prescription will likely not be ready when you get there even if you receive a txt saying it is ready.nHave fun waiting!nnAfter one hour of waiting I asked how much longer, and they told me it was already ready. They had me sitting there for AN HOUR and didn’t announce in any way that the refill was ready. I sat in the chair next to the checkout the whole time.nnWorst customer service possible

Daughter is Type 1 diabetic. Hate coming here to get scripts. It’s always a long long wait even though we come every month and get the same thing items. Expand pharmacy to meet the needs of the community.
