Prompt, professional and up front about whats going on.
I was traveling home when my check engine light came on. Graham's was recommended by a nearby Loves truck stop that only worked on trucks. Graham's, although very busy, took the time to hookup my car to their computer. They were able to reassure me that I would be able to continue home without any problems and gave me diagnosis codes to give to my home mechanic, all for a very low charge. Thank you Graham for your prompt help when I needed it.
Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I was driving from Minnesota to Maryland when my car broke down on the side of the highway. It was towed here and even though I did not have an appointment they got to my car right away and had me back on the road in a couple of hours! It was wonderful service and my car had no further troubles!
Brought a vehicle to Graham’s for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Totally invaluable service because they spotted an issue that I wouldn’t have otherwise seen.
