Helped make a new key for my car that had snapped in two. Didn't have a spare available for him to use but was still able to cut a key from what was remaining. Responded quickly and was timely. Came to my work where I had broke the key but was surprised he was a little unprepared. Didn't have any power source for the small key cutting rig he had, so it was lucky that I'm a manager and was able to provide an electrical extension cable and even so much as a milk crate so he didn't have to work on the ground.
Other than being a little unprepared, I was glad he was able to accept my Visa card for payment. So I have to take a star away for not being well prepped and not being completely self reliant. (Get yourself a small generator, or rig up 12v power inverter and a foldable work bench you can clamp up.)
Got locked out of our apartment and couldn’t get in touch with management. We called this service and he came right over and after working on our deadbolt he finally got it open. Not only that, but stayed to take apart the lock and fixed the tiny pieces inside to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Great service in an urgent time, communicated well and was very friendly. I highly recommend the service from this company.
