I'm just posting because I like the pictures on your site. you tell a good story about what you do and you didn't just show a picture of the road across the street from your house and you weren't standing in front of a bus stop terminal like one guy was, how pathetic is that? but Bravo on a good site.
Ernie is very knowledgeable and an all around nice guy.
Was able to make an appt within less than 24 hrs. On time, speedy, polite, efficient. Didn't waste our time (or his) with 'stand around chat'. He began working as soon as he arrived. Replaced 2 locks and was gone in 20 minutes.
Ernie did a great job re-keying our locks at home. He did some repairs and was really friendly and helpful explaining his process. Nice guy :)
