Highly recommend this dealership. After shopping around for our car, I found the exact car I wanted at this dealership. The dealership was an hour from our house so I did all the negotiating including getting a price on my trade in over the phone. Brent and James were very easy to work with. We were able to pick up the car in less than 24 hours from my call to the dealership. When we arrived the car was ready to go and James made the paperwork process very easy. We’ve bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best and easiest transaction. Worth the drive!

I had a great experience with Countryside Ford on the purchase of a new Ford F350. The vehicle was exactly as described on their website and they made the transaction a seamless process. We agreed to a price over the phone and the truck was ready to go when I arrived later that week. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience here at Countryside Ford! I worked with Brent and James, both were great and patient with us. They were tentative, patient and zero pressure on the car purchase or packages that Ford offered. I am sooo extremely happy with my Ford Escape, it's exactly what I was looking for, all the features, bells and whistles I wanted and at the price I was willing to spend. Again, EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank you for such a smooth transaction!! So happy I came out! Amazing customer service!

Great experience. Absolutely zero pressure or numbers games. Easiest negotiation I’ve ever had. Got a great price on my trade and a great deal on an incredibly spotless F150. I drove 30+ miles to look at that truck and am so glad I did. Knew I’d be buying it when Collin brought it around to the front.
