4 stars for the parking. It's the only thing I come here for and no matter what time of day or night I can always find a spot here, large well lit lot with wide spots set at 45, with lanes far apart. Loves just down the road for food/showers, their lot gets packed at night though.

Big parking lot. Big plaza. Separate fuel building. This place is nice. Sometimes they have lots of cool Packer stuff. Awesome employees. I mean it. These people are amazing at customer service. There is a truck wash in the lot. A hotel next door. Fresh coffee. Clean store, clean bathrooms. I love this place

Got food and gas and this place has extremely friendly service and the food was super fresh, the place was clean the bathroom was clean..nI couldn't believe how awesome this place was regarding cleanliness, service, food quality and how quick they were..

This place is horrible. Been waiting for an hour while 12 shower doors are open and dirty no one is cleaning 6 people waiting. Ask to talk to management... get told there is none available. Great job petro....

Stopped in here to get an alignment. Made it a half mile and came back due to a hard pull the the right. For the next 5 hours they kept trying to align the front end but couldn’t get it right. The alignment Machine kept giving inconsistent readings making it near impossible to align. I was patient with them the whole time but at the end I just asked if they would help me do a tape measure alignment to get it driveable since I needed to get moving, then I could stop by another location and get it set proper. They agreed and I went on my way. The next day I tried the Janesville location, but their machine was out of order. At that point I had to cancel a load and go to a different vendor and pay them $300 to fix the alignment. After this I went back and asked for a refund. The tech who did the alignment was there and called his boss, explained the scenario, and said they would get me taken care of but needed to come back during normal hours for the manager to handle the refund. Once again I went on my way. Came back a few day’s later, the manager BAHRAM GOSHI had me waiting for 15 minutes while he was on the phone before even coming to talk to me. Then he proceeds to question every little thing as if I was making this story up.... once again the tech had already sided with me....ntells me he will look into it and call me. A week goes by, no call. I call him and he claims they will take care of me and stop on when I am able. I stop in the next day and he offers me a $60 refund of the $300 I spent there.nSO AT THE END OF IT ALL THEY OFFERED ME $60 AS A REFUND FOR THE $300 I GAVE THEM, NOT TO MENTION THE OTHER $300 I HAD TO PAY A DIFFERENT SHOP TO FIX THIER MISTAKE.
