I worked with Tim in sales and Katie in finance to purchase a certified pre owned F-150 Lariat. The professionalism and ease of sale was fantastic. No pushy sales here, just honest and friendly service. My only reason for the 4 star is because I feel like they low balled my trade in.
Drove three hours to get my wife a new vehicle. We were met by our salesperson Tim who made us feel right at home. Very forthcoming and efficient in every way. The vehicle exceeded our expectations as well as Tim and Bell Ford. I'm not going to leave out Kaiti who is really thinking about the customer. I truly believe she got us the best bang for our buck.
Sales associate Chris Bushnell apparently thinks he’s too good to wear a mask. Maybe if you’re not going to wear one you don’t walk around the dealership everywhere. Definitely wouldn’t buy a car from him; he clearly doesn’t care about people.
Great customer service
They parts department (DAN) was extremely helpful !! HE not only went out of his way to give me the part #'s for Parts day did not have in stock but also gave me the engineering number that salvage yards use! And to top it all off with I have a small shop and I am not in their records but he went ahead and gave me shop price for my parts which he did not have to do without me filling out a bunch of paperwork I would give them a 5-star rating!!!!
