The employees like to lie and say they went to your place and knocked on the door but they didn’t. They put that my order was complete on the app and I had to call and tell them it wasn’t. Tried explaining the problem and got completely cut off by the person in the phone she sounded irritated and frustrated. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. You can’t even even talk to a manager cause they treat you the same way as the employees. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Nobody likes spending money and then not get what they ordered.
Order 2 pizzas with Ranch and Jalapeños on the side. The two pizzas were delivered but the ranch and Jalapeños were not. Was told they do not have Delivery tickets and didn't know. Was ask to call the store then I call the store, and sit on hold for 30 minutes and not a single person answered or picked up the phone. Completely ruined the pizza and the experience was extremely awful. Continued to call and wait on hold until, I recieved the message the store was now closed.
Theres an employee named skye, tall white semi blonde haired man. Hes was super nice and honestly he was the only nice person in there. Yall need to keep him around.
