I’ll only eat the thin crust from Little Caesars. My husband called in our order as required for the thin crust, and when he got there the guy was basically like “whoops we sold your pizza to someone else named Mike.” Nobody confirms orders here apparently. They offered to remake it and force us to wait 15 minutes, which makes the reason we came pointless. We just wanted a fast easy dinner. While my husband was standing there trying to decide if he wanted a new pizza or a refund, the guy kept trying to upsell him. He said no and that we just wanted the pizza we had prepaid for. The guy at the register said, “don’t worry, we’ll remake it REAL good.” Then the people in the back started laughing. It made us afraid they were going to do something to our food. They did promptly refund our money when we changed our mind though. So there’s a plus. Beware of this location and its workers.
This place WAS making pizzas paper thin they started doing the crust more fluffy so i put back a good raite thanks for keeping up making a pizza worth the price 👍
Pizzas were good but the wait was too long; they were very busy but there was only one cashier. Ordering and paying ahead of time saves time.
I had the worst pizza I’ve bought in a long time from this location. I ordered a Veggie Pizza online. It was barely warm when I pulled it out of the “pizza portal”. There was a large piece of Sausage on the Veggie pizza. Not a huge deal... It was the least appealing looking pizza you can ask for when opening up the box. No heat, just a lukewarm, undercooked pizza, with raw onions and peppers. I wasn’t expecting greatness from an $11 pizza from Little Caesars, but this was the worst pizza I’ve had in a while. I’ll eat anything and I’m not one to gripe over pizza, but I have to share this experience.
To be fair, I called the store, they were polite and understanding, refunded my money and offered me a remedy.
