I'm always going to this place when I'm in the mood for pizza
The carrier pulled up in front of my apartment building and I had just hung up the phone with the manager who had told me my driver had left 10 minutes ago. So he parked his white car in a covered parking space and stayed there for 10 minutes before delivering my pizza and chocolate chip cookie. I know this because I had gone outside to wait for the driver. I stood for about five minutes, then sat on a step, again-waiting. I finally went into my apartment and watched through the blinds. The driver of the white car got out and opened the back seat door. He then pulled a Pizza Hut black bag out and came to my door. Knowing my blood sugar was lowering, I decided to eat. After eating I called the restaurant and once again spoke to the manager. This time I told him what his driver had done. I didn't tell him that the pizza had eaten had been just past warm. I told him from the start that I didn't want a credit or anything; just wanted to tell him about the delivery guy. He said, "I'm going to have a chat with him right now." I thanked him and hung up. The pizza and cookie hadn't had a charge because they had made a mistake on my previous order. This Pizza Hut needs to improve.
Absolutely outstanding, ordered my pizza with extra sauce and other special instructions, food came out exactly the way I wanted it with above and beyond. Ecstatic with end result! Highly recommend! Good job guys!
Order a large 3 topping pizza with boneless wings the food was fresh and hot customer service is fantastic, no complaints. Staff their customer service was outstanding Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
2nd and last time ever ordering from here. First time hand tossed pizza tasted worse than little Ceasars the next day. This time pan pizza came way undercooked. I called they wanted to give me a credit but I wanted a pizza. He said he can't promise it will be cooked all the way because someone is working on the ovens. I said you shouldn't be sending pizza out not cooked he said no one else is complaining. Wow totally rude hung up on me no im sorry .
