They used to be really good but now they can't keep up with the orders, 20 minutes just to order if you walk in. I hope the food is really really good with all the online orders the guy was running around like a head with the chicken cut off. It used to be the best restaurant barbecue I had in a long time. I'm just not sure about the service the other place I went to had a much longer line and I got right in and right out. Just saying
In previous years, 2018 and 2019 the food quality was excellent to very good, unfortunately in 2020 their quality of food has declined, about three months ago I ordered BBQ beef brisket sandwiches and they were full of fat and barely edible, I was very disappointed because before that their sandwiches were much better, I am not going to spend my money at Dickey's BBQ any time soon.
Friendly customer service. Robust, easy to use online ordering and curbside pickup system in place. Delicious food. The fried okra was hot, perfectly salted, and large in portion size. The ribs, cornbread muffin, sweet bbq sauce, and dinner roll were good. The beef brisket was good, but a bit tough. The pecan pie was alright, but very sweet. The green beans were fine, although they didn't have bacon or onions in them like the online menu said they would. I'm not mad about it though. Overall this place was great, and I'm adding it to my list of places to visit again.
I love the food but they messed up on the sandwich I said nothing hot what did they do gave me hot peppers on the sandwich made it with hot sausage when I said no hot meat nothing hot on the sandwich so my daughter had to make a very long trip to get the right sandwich
Waited over an hour for an online order and when I finally received my order I was missing one complete meal yet they were able to add extra sauce..... get your store together.
