Amazing customer service. The review someone wrote about thinking Thorp isn’t safe must have lost too much oxygen from wearing her face mask because there have been only 8 deaths in the entire county. I can’t believe they would hold the store responsible for such a thing!!!! And then to judge the employee for a health condition? Disgusting !!!! This store has the nicest people that work here and deserve better.
Our state has a mandatory mask wearing, but the clerk didn't wear a mask. III askedaasked herdher about wearing masks,see she stated that she is unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition in which she needs to get a note from her doctor. She could wear a full face shield if she wanted to be compliant. I didn't see any signs stating masks are required. Makes me wonder how safe Thorp is. This town had more deaths from Covid 19nthan my whole county. My count had 1 death from Covid 19 and my city in more than 35,000 people. Why don't they take it seriously?

Staff is ALWAYS welcoming, pleasant and helpful. This store is one of the cleanest and well organized by far. This Dollar Store is my GO TO STORE!!
Almost all Family Dollar stores are well stocked usually but have dirty restrooms.nnThere are more and more lines most recently and only 1 person behind registers. Waiting... Might as well look around some more.nnSome friendly staff are usually helpful. Some others don't greet at all. Wow. Various good value and definitely convenient everywhere you go.nnWill return upon need to.nSorry
