I hope they keep the same staff forever they are all awesome ladies in this bank...very professional laid back atmosphere. As a customer it's a great feeling to know they are there to help you..
RCU must be doing well and not need anymore customers!! I called and was treated as if I was wasting their time. She kept trying to get me to go online when I clearly stated that I had tried that already. Then talked to me as if I was computer/internet illiterate! They just lost a potential customer! Perhaps they need to retrain some of their staff on appropriate customer service!!
The staff there is awesome
Been banking with them for years couldn't imagine working with anyone else.
