Overall great experience, very relaxed environment. All vehicles on the lot were pristine and well maintained. I appreciated the promptness of Steve's responses to my questions and would highly recommend.
Since purchasing my car at capital, I have come to realize that I paid a lot less than I would have for retail at other dealerships. I have also been back a few times for routine maintenances and have been treated in an excellent manner. My last two cars were a Honda and a Toyota, and I can tell you that the service here is much better than at those dealerships in town.
Steve was great to work with in purchasing our new car. He explained all of the options available to us. He was highly professional yet very low key - absolutely no pressure to make a decision. Very fair with the trade-in process. Would definitely work with him again and recommend him to any friends or family.
