I just bought a vehicle from the used lot knowing I had a budget. Went on a rainy cold day to browse, and Bill (salesperson) even stuck out with us in the cold. He didn't pressure me into any decisions making, was very patient when we asked to look at other vehicles as well. Answered all of our questions about the vehicle, took care of our concerns since it was a used car. When he took us to the financial building, he stayed with us the entire time, and made us feel welcomed until we saw the finance person. Didn't leave us hanging, finished the entire process with us. They did everything to help me figure out my financial budget, and a lot of other deals. Everything was a smooth process! The finance person was very thorough with explaining the loan process too! Very happy for a first time buyer from a dealership!! Would recommend!
I went in specifically to look at 1 car. The salesperson showed me exactly what I wanted, we went through everything inside and out. Test drove it, really liked the car. I asked him not to call me, I was waiting for my husband to return to town in 3 weeks. This is 1 of my favorite parts, he actually listened!nHe said if I had any additional questions to call him. 3 weeks later we came back and bought the car. My husband was back on the road when the car came in, Chilson arranged a ride. Salesperson took the time to go through everything again, to make sure I knew how the car functioned. He was hands down the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I could tell he likes his job, and knows a lot about vehicles. And lastly, I absolutely love the car. My experience with sales just put it over the top, they were fantastic to negotiate with. I have recommended them to everyone shopping for a vehicle. If you don't see what you're looking for, just have them get it for you! :)
From buying used vehicles and test driving new trucks, to service work on our Ram and Renegade over the years, I've never had a bad experience here. They always have time to thoroughly discuss questions and concerns in depth. Scheduling service or maintenance is easy and I would recommend them. They have a pretty good team of folks in sales, service and parts.
The Chilson Family continues to impress us with the level of genuine care and connection to the people they work with. We had purchased a used jeep earlier this year and shortly after it had some engine issues. We brought it in and EVERYTHING was covered under the warranty plan! Even the rental car (conveniently also a cute little jeep). They made sure we were covered when we signed up, and took great care of us when we needed a service. Would 10/10 recommend going to any of the Chilson family's locations.
Had a flat tire while passing through town. These gentlemen kindly took our car in without an appointment and patched the tire within 45 minutes. Facility is modern and clean, and everyone was kind. Very happy with my experience. Would recommend to people who live in the area.
