We worked with Adam at Chippewa Valley Mazda, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We drove from the Twin Cities to look at a car we saw online. Before we came there, they sent us a video of the car, inside and out. We really appreciated that. When we got there, Adam showed us the car and we took a test drive. Ultimately, we decided the car was too small, though it was beautiful and was as described. After discussing our budget, Adam showed us a gorgeous car that fit our wants and needs. We took another long test drive and loved it. He then worked with their incredibly helpful team to put together a package that was perfect for us. I’m so happy with the car and can’t say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go the extra mile they showed us. We left feeling great about our experience. So, thank you, Adam, and everyone at Chippewa Valley Mazda for a doing a fantastic job. It was very much worth the drive.

It's so refreshing to get to write a completely positive review for a car dealership following a purchase experience! I live in Phoenix, AZ and recently came across a vehicle I just had to have online. This BMW was for sale used at Chippewa Valley Mazda. I contacted the dealership to inquire about the car and got an immediate response from the salesman, Hunter. I asked a few questions pertaining to the car beyond what was listed in the ad and they were answered quickly. Hunter even sent me a personalized video tour of the car! The Internet pricing was very fair and I decided to buy the car even though it was all the way in Wisconsin. Clay in the finance department assisted me in the details and arranged financing in just a couple of phone calls. The purchase process was so easy and transparent. I received the paperwork soon after the deal was done and although Chippewa Valley Mazda offered to arrange transportation of my BMW, I chose to fly to Minneapolis and drive my newly acquired Z4 back to Phoenix. Upon arrival in Minneapolis, my new toy was delivered to me at my hotel right on time as arranged. It was just as described and in excellent condition. The delivery team handed me the keys and temporary registration/paperwork with a smile but mine was even bigger! I fell in love with my Z4 during my 1700 mile drive back to Phoenix smiling the whole way. Thank you Chippewa Valley Mazda for making an unusual vehicle purchase process so pleasant and easy!

I purchased my second used vehicle from Chippewa Valley Mazda. The vehicle was show room clean and 100% mechanically sound. The price was the best I could find on line anywhere in the area. I got what I wanted for my trade-in too. The sales staff was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining all the new features on my Cadillac. Chippewa Valley Mazda service group keeps my car running great and reminds me when I need an Oil Change. Excellent experience.
