If I could rate zero I would. It is honestly the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. It is so inconsistent and many of the employees are so unhelpful and rude.nnI went October 8th and surprisingly had a pretty great experience. It took the employee a few minutes to look up my insurance but did and I did not have to pay for my 7 month old sons prescription because my insurance covers it. I left thinking wow they must have done training and hired better employees.nnI called for a refill on the same prescription and went on October 22nd to pick it up. I went through the drive-through, The lady looked up my prescription and asked me if I wanted to apply my insurance to it. I looked at her a little confused and said it should be on file. She said that I paid cash last time I was there for the prescription. When I told her that isn’t true and I have proof she didn’t believe me and goes “ this is what the computer tells me”nnShe got another employee to look up my information and that employee said that my insurance wasn’t going to work either. How is that possible when three weeks earlier with the same prescription it worked with no issues? This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with Walgreens pharmacy being so inconsistent ... With no CVS pharmacy in the area I know have to drive out of my way to pick up his prescription.

Mgmt. needs to cull out the people that really do not want to work there. Too many sour faces, not the least bit inviting. If you're getting a prescription you're probably sick and receiving rude service doesn't help matters. The pharmacy is slower than molasses in January and keep people waiting so long. There should be a separate area for people that just have a question and not have to wait in line all day.

The staff in the photo department were extremely rude. I purchased our son's photo from lifetouch as a digital download. Which means I can print it whenever I want. When we went to pick up the picture she wouldn't let us have it. I sent my fiance the screen captured reciept however this wasn't good enough for her. Very POOR customer service. Will never go there again.
