I was looking for some waterproof light hiking shoes, I saw some online but like to try on in person. So at Mason Shoes they had the shoes I was looking for in men's but not women's ud83dude12...I do have bigger feet so I did get the men's but I would have liked to have the women's option.

The women I was with and I walked in, and immediately 3 or 4 employees looked at us, but looked away without greeting us or offering to assist us. We were annoyed, but looked around anyway. While we were walking around, we felt that we were being watched - but still weren’t offered assistance. The whole experience was unsettling, and because of the horrible customer service (or lack thereof), the store lost a sale. Definitely will not be returning.
Great service! Ordered a pair of boots after 5 pm, they were at the store the next morning. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
