Showed up at 10:00 when it said they'd be open, stuck around for 15 minutes, and no one showed up. I still plan on going back to look at what they have, and may change my rating once I get to take a real look around.

I purchased a new Ice Castle from 53RV in Feb. 2016. Jason was very knowledgeable about the many options offered by Ice Castle and he provided excellent service, unbeatable price and a super fast turnaround time! I only had 1 issue. The motherboard of my furnace almost a year from the purchase date and parts from the furnace manufacturer, Suburban, are only guaranteed for 90 days. So I called Jason and he stepped up and not only paid for the parts-he paid to have it installed locally since I live in Minnesota several hours from this facility. 53RV picked up an almost $400.00 bill for my furnace repair-which he certainly didn't have to do. Much appreciated so don't hesitate to work with 53RV.nI highly suggest them since they stand behind the Ice Castles they sell 100%.nGreg P.
