I had my vehicle in there 3 times over as many weeks until they were able to figure out what going on with my car. My service advisor Phil Vang was absolutely great! He was super friendly and they kept my car the last time until they made sure they figured out the problem. (It was being kind of tricky.)nAlso, the sales department was great as I could only pick my vehicle up after the service department was closed. The sales staff was very kind and courteous and helped me with everything I needed to pick up my vehicle.nThank you Phil and all the staff at Chilson!
