Pharmacy staff could use training in customer service. Young man (tech?) is always helpful. The female tech that seems to have been there for a long time is very short with people.

Rarely do you ever see the same faces at this pharmacy. Tall, long black-haired woman at the pharmacy needs some major customer service refreshers or a new position that does not involve customer interaction.

The pharmacy at the Chilton Location is amazing. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me every time. With numerous preauthorizations, insurance issues and changes. The techs are always on it! They are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and they seem to work very well together. I have never been happier with a pharmacy, and I have used several. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Be kind to them, have patience, and they will help you. Know that many things are beyond their control.
