Vande Hey Brantmeier is the place to go to purchase a vehicle! Nothing but raving reviews to say about this dealership from entrance to the dealership to leaving with a vehicle. John Martin is hands down the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. He was willing and even offering to go the extra mile with both the vehicle that we drove there with and the vehicle that we purchased. He got our vehicle that we drove up there with in for an oil change, tire rotation and even offered to wash it as we waited for our newly purchased vehicle to be ready. From the manager to the finance person to the service dept. it was a great experience. He followed up promptly on an item for our vehicle that we requested and kept us updated on its arrival. Next vehicle we will be driving 1 1/2 hours to visit John. Great job John Martin and keep up the great work and representation of the dealership!

To Whom it may concern;nnMy husband and I had decided to buy a new truck this year. We would be adding our 1st full size truck to our fleet of vehicles. We have bought many cars and trucks for our business in the past. (Chev, Toyota, Honda, and Fords) Deciding to buy a new truck at the height of a pandemic is a different experience all together. We are very mindful of the virus and its spreading though out our state. We have to say the experience at Van Hey Brantmeier was exceptional. Their protocols for safety were seen from the cleaning of the show room every hour to everyone wearing masks. Never during this time did we feel pressured, demeaned or in danger in our purchase of our 2020 Dodge Ram Crew Cab Truck.nnThis is not the case at the Dodge dealership in Rhinelander Wisconsin, the salesman jumped in the truck when we asked for a test drive without a mask and after we mention that we didn’t like that he didn’t have a mask on, he stated, “Oh you’re those kind of people”. He then further insulted my husband by asking him, “Do you have to ask her permission to buy this truck”. As I have stated we were actively looking for a truck and having had a good experience with the Ford dealership we were going to just buy a Ford and just give up on checking out a Dodge.nBut a friend who is a lifelong Dodge enthusiast told us to try to look into dealership down by him in the Green Bay area.nSo, we did. I put in all of the dream features that we wanted in a truck in the website and Van Hey Brantmeier had the perfect truck. Your salesman (Mike Boll) emailed and called the very next morning. Having to drive 3 ½ hours to your dealership we left the next morning at 6:30am. I was so impressed when we were greeted by your salesman!! Your salesman, Mike Boll was so professional. Mike apologized for the Dodge dealership in Rhinelander and assured us saying, “This was not the Van Hey Brantmeier way of doing business!” He never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision, he even suggested that we go eat lunch because we hadn’t eaten at all yet that day. In returning he had all the options on buying the truck available this made the process very smooth and professional.nnIn closing, I may have had to drive all the way to Chilton, but I would and will do it again!nThank you, Mike Boll you have put professionalism in Dodge.

Very fair and honest dealership! We bought our second vehicle from VHB today, my sister Has bought three. I actually work in this industry and not to many dealerships set up their used cars as well as this one! Well worth the drive to Chilton!

I had a great experience at Vande Hey Brantmeier. I saw the car I was looking for online. I worked with Mike Boll who made the process super easy and stress free. He was friendly, accommodating and made me feel at ease. He even arranged a ride for me to pick up my car...and I live almost 2 hours away. I had a very enjoyable ride with Mike the driver. I was able to drive away with the car I wanted, hassle free and happy!

Worst car buying experience I've ever had.nBought a used car and the salesman tried to give me only one key and told me I would have to go to a ford dealership to have a second one made. Except it was only a fab with NO key in it so I had to push for them to get me 2 actual keys. Then they messed up the title paperwork and omitted the co-owner info with DMV. And the lock code on the drivers side door...they have no clue what it is because apparently they don't ask for it when they take a car in on trade. So again I'm told to go to a ford dealership and figure it out myself.nAlso the car was NOT detailed at all. Very dirty on the inside. We cleaned it ourselves, but just thought it would have been nice to buy a clean car.
