I am from out of state and bought a work van just from the pics online. The description was accurate, the photos were many and representative of the van. They were straightforward and upfront about everything.nIt was easy to buy a vehicle from these people...they were upfront about everything and very likeable.nThen the ride home...there was an issue. A rather significant issue. I will not go into specifics as every deal and situation is different, but halfway home in my 5hr journey and I am potentially stranded.nI call them just to let them know and to get a recommendation for what to do.nThey set me up with a local tow and repair shop, and they were fast in getting to me.nNeedless to say, I made it home, the work van made it home, and here I am thinking these guys held all the cards in this situation, and I walked away from all of this knowing I was treated more than fair.nDefinitely gonna keep this company's info for future purchases. Staff is rude, vague and totally inflexible. At my age I have purchased many vehicles, both new and used. I have never had this horrible an experience.nnAnd I'd add that you can't compare the price of a vehicle in California to the price of a vehicle in Wisconsin. This is not fair market pricing.

We bought a truck sight unseen by phone and wire transfer from out of state. Jason made the process easy and he was super friendly. Then we flew there to retrieve. Jeff actually met us at the airport after hours to hand it over for our return travel. Excellent service! So truthworthy! And the truck is in great condition! The online pictures were spot on. These guys were great to deal with. I did my research on KBB and the Truck I bought was under the average and they gave me a great trade in value. The vehicles I wanted to see were ready when I arrived and they were a very patient and helpful crew. I loved that they didn’t try to persuade me on my choice. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vehicle.

Purchased a used one ton that I paid a premium price for. Before I left the lot the check engine light came on. They tried to fix it but weren't able to, I was sent home in my old truck so it could be fixed. About 3-4 weeks later I finally got my truck. I was actually ok with that I know with everything going on now parts can be a little hard to get. The truck was brought to me on a flatbed which probably should have set up a red flag. A couple days later I drove it for the first time with my wife and 2 small kids to pickup a trailer about 30 miles away. I got there and found that it had a significant leak from the power steering so I called and they said to take it in and have it fixed they would pay for it. Ok thats fair enough. The next day the trailer brake module stopped working and the check engine light came on again. I took it to the shop and asked them to give it a good inspection. I got a call to come in the next day and they took me back in the shop to show me the list of issues with the truck. Which included the rear brakes being completely worn out, multiple points of the steering and front suspension bad, a major leak in the transfer case that was spraying oil all over the truck except it was covered by the undercoat they sprayed over it when I bought the truck. The tires were very weather checked, a significant coolant leak, multiple other leaks, multiple spots where they wiring had been patched and they found the wheel wells to be packed full of leaves and branches making them think the truck was probably parked in the weeds for a couple years pulled out shined up and sold. The mechanic at the local shop said there were many red flags and it looked like the truck had a rough life. I asked for my trade back, they refused. They told me to take the truck to the shop of their choice to be repaired. So I did. It was a almost 2 hour drive for me to take it there and another week without a truck for my business meaning I had to hire someone to do my deliveries which cost more money. I went to pick the truck up drove it back. The next morning I went to start it and use it. Now none of the guages worked. Finally I gave up on the nightmare and traded on a different truck unfortunately I lost $7000 along the way. Oh and they put my family includikg a 1 amd 3 year old on the road in a truck with no rear brakes, worn steering, multiple major leaks and bad tires. But supposdly all of their vehicles undergo a detailed inspection. All they would have had to do it take their pile of garbage back and give me my trade and I would have been happy.
