Truly, a pleasant experience, attempting to buy a used vehicle, and taking mine in for service. Both the service and sales dept were easy going, great to talk to. Just friendly setting. Start to forget you are at a 'car(boat) dealer' and feel more like you are at a clubhouse meeting with your friends who have a lot full of awesome 'toys'!! Highly recommended! Great family to deal with.

BIG SHOW (11/17/2020)

Had my kicker engine in for service, terrible experience. First got a quote for $500, then went up to $1100. Next time they contacted me was $1650, a week later they wanted an additional $700. Could buy a new 9.9 for $3000. Refused to pay the extra money, so I paid with tax a little over $1750 and picked up a non working engine. Only had my engines turned up, never had any work done till now. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Being a small dealer, they must need to inflate prices to stay in business. What a shame they would do this to locals, was in a couple weeks ago looking at buying a 45k boat for them. Let's just say they will never get that sale from me with the way their service is.nnI'll add an update after the business replied, the statement they made about my engine falling in water is an outright LIE! It was damaged traveling on a rough road. I guess they will say anything to take blame away from themselves. The insurance adjuster seemed to agree with me about inconsistent pricing, and the fact it seemed to keep rising every time I was contacted.nJust a side note, if an outboard engine does fall into a lake or river how would one go about retrieving it?!?! I know I wouldn't jump in after a $700 kicker.

Beware of the storage units!! These units are a breeding ground for mold. I rented for approximately 3 years, storing all my home items until I decided on my new home purchase. Because there are no roof or soffits vents, the unit turned into a mold infested box. Lost numerous items that couldn't be saved. They did not care and told me this was normal. I had moppable water! That is not normal!!!nThe two owners were rude and snots! They do not care if your things get ruined!nAll they have to do is the right thing- install roof/ soffit vents.nNo compensation was given. Poor business practice, especially in such a small town where reputation is important.nAll they care about is their money. BEWARE!!!!!!
