Had an issue with my transmission and a mechanic told me that I would probably need a new one. I wrote a bad review about this place and they called me to pay for a run through by the dealership to help. Ford had a recall and my truck runs great now. Very thankful for their personable service and for dealing with an unhappy customer in a respectful manner.

Well I think it’s about time to leave a review! It’s been over 4 years since I bought my car with Ken and I’m still as in love with it as the day that I bought it. He worked with me to get $500 off of the original price. I bought my 09 Eclipse with 64k miles and other than a couple $200-300 small repairs (didn’t need to fix for it to run just to keep everything working well) at about 120k miles now and she’s still going strong; even gets me home safe in winter storms ❤ufe0f I think I got a great deal seeing how some dealerships work nowadays. I’d do business with him again. I am a strong believer in the whole for every 1 bad review there’s a 100 good ones that were never posted because people 99% of the time will only leave a review if they had a bad experience which is valid but heck it took me 4 years so I can speak with confidence. Never hurts to look at the reviews someone left too if 99% of reviews that person leaves are negative they are probably the problem.nnThe only cons I’d say would be the fact I bought it with the TPI light on - they said it would go away after driving a bit and I found out it was actually missing a sensor and that’s why it was on. I finally got it fixed but the lights still on and I have no idea why. Doesn’t bother me tbh but feel it should be mentioned since it was one of the two repairs listed above; the other was an ABS sensor but that just needed fixing recently so it has no bearing on this review. A/C also worked when I test drove and bought it but hasn’t worked since so not sure what’s wrong with it. Think it’s a wiring issue with the fans. I don’t think either of these things is worth taking a star off though because of how trusty my car is where it counts. I can live without A/C when my car can battle with the best AWD vehicles in winter storms and get me home safe as a FWD vehicle!

They took great care of me and were able to get me approved. The lender was really helpful as well, they are a great dealership and will have my repeat business!

Terrible experience! Son bought his first car and less than 24 hours later CHECK ENGINE light came on. We called Boomer (Lol) and he’s a disaster to work with so is Nick! Who TF takes advantage of a KID????? Overpriced and ripped offnI wouldn’t buy a lightbulb from that place

This is the best place to find a vehicle you will love. I have bought 2 wonderful vehicles from this place 2016 Cadillac and a 2008 Buick Lucerne and everyone who works here are friendly and very professional. I recommend everyone to look here first if your in need of a great vehicle.
