Grantsburg Fitness and Performance is one of the best small town gyms I have ever been to. It has all the lifting equipment I need (rogue) as well as plenty of space to workout in. The staff is very friendly and they keep the gym very clean. Tyler has a lot of expertise and experience in sports performance, strength and conditioning and physique training. His knowledge has helped me to improve my body composition, strength and athleticism. I recommend this gym to anyone. I would highly recommend Tyler as a coach if you are looking to take your training and performance to the next level.
Modern equipment, clean gym (appreciated more than ever, especially during these trying times). Owner (Tyler) is personable and runs a tight ship. My experience with other members of the gym has been excellent as well. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating.
This is by far my favorite gym. Tyler is a great guy and runs this place better than it ever has been before. There is plenty of space and weights, and it is just a great place to work out at.
I really enjoy working out here. I love the fact that their are people of all ages ederly and young. Linda does a great job with exercise classes, cleaning equipment and keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked.
Tyler's knowledge of fitness and nutrition has been helpful to me in my own fitness journey. A great atmosphere to workout in and a clean facility.
