If you could give more than 5 stars...nnFor rare instances, it would be nice if you could use more than 5 stars to rate a business. If it were possible, I would reserve one of those exemplary ratings for Siren Country Campers.nnOur search for a park model home pointed us at Siren Country Campers. While many brands can be found, we were impressed by the Kropf quality and history in this market. Unfortunately, this presented a problem. We have no Kropf dealers within a day's drive of Eastern Washington. I began poking around on the internet for Kropf dealers in the mid-west and we found several. Siren Country Campers, and Salesperson Keri Anderson, quickly floated to the top of the stack. First, their units are staged so impressively you can't browse on the internet without wanting them all! Second, they have created a custom Kropf floorplan that exceeds the livability of anything we saw with more space and more storage then we will ever need--it was exactly what we were looking for!nnWhile these points are interesting, what matters most is how easy it was to work with Keri remotely. At over 1000 miles away, this was a complete electronic transaction where I communicated solely by email -- we didn't even talk live until we actually closed the deal (my style, not Keri's). At all times, Keri was remarkably responsive to an endless stream of questions. Often times, not just responding, but going above and beyond to give me thoughtful detailed answers. Throughout it was clear that Siren Country Campers is an honest and well run business and in the end, we had no qualms in buying sight-unseen and having our unit shipped to us.nnThe story doesn't stop there. Our park model home was delivered to our location in an RV resort without a flaw. Keri and team prepared, packed, tested, and trialed everything. Not a single thing was broken or damaged after rolling 1000 miles. Further, all systems were operational without flaw from the start. Lastly, in a community with probably 30 different park models, everyone that has looked at our Kropf offers it their highest compliments--often hearing 'That is the nicest unit I ever saw'.nnIn the end, we are obviously thrilled. Keri and the team as Siren Country Campers have helped us realize a dream in the most worry free, efficient, and streamlined way possible. I already have other residents of our park wanting to work with Keri and I expect that Siren Country Campers will gain a new-found following of satisfied remote buyers like us.
