This new facility soon to be open will provide a much needed service for me in Winona - and I'm sure for others. I'm excited about renting. Turns out customer service is alive and well!! Our experience with their management was fantastic! We were looking for a specific unit and although East Lake didn’t have it available, they were able to recommend a nearby facility that did. We really appreciate that level of care. Thank you. Not only will we be back, but we will recommend our friends to your self storage facility too!
This self storage facility is the newest in town and the management is very responsive to new renters. There is a plethora of unit sizes available for residential and commercial renters. Lots of larger-sized units too.
Was recently looking for storage in Winona, and contacted East Lake Self Storage, they were great to me, as they were still under construction, and no units available yet, they pointed me to a local unit at a great price. thanks for the great customer service
conflict of interest & unethical for owners or money guys to give selves 5 stars isn't it - misleading for a new business in our community - buyers beware
