Absolutely Love this Yoga Studio. From the moment you walk in you are enveloped with kindness and positivity. You leave feeling grounded and balanced physically, mentally and spiritually. Such a wonderful space with a varied schedule for beginners AND experienced yogis! The instructors explain everything quite well, I have learned so much going to classes here.
Nice, clean studio, and instructor was great. First time in a Barre class, and would go back for sure.
I love Muddy Waters Yoga! The studio is a beautiful, inviting space. The teachers are knowledgeable and classes are fun. At the end of each practice I step off my mat feeling challenged in both mind and body & excited for my next class!
