When I first opened an account I was told by the person that signed me up that there are not fees for my account. A month later I get charged a maintenance fee and when I call customer service about it, she said “we’ll they can tell you whatever they want when you sign up”. They’ve also refused to cash a check for me and laughed at me for trying. I had an account and the check was to me.nnMy most recent problem was that they charged me an overdraf fee when I hadn’t overdrafted, which caused me to actually overdraft so they charged me again, charging me a total of $70. I went to the bank to figure it out, the first person I talked to said “I can give you $5” I said “I’d like the $70 that was taken from me” and she rolled her eyes and called the manager over, who said she couldn’t do anything.nnSo I called customer service and that lady just said, “well we don’t have to tell you how much money you have” and also refused to do anything about it. I have the screenshots to prove I never overdrafted and they refused to do anything.nnI’ve closed my account with them and tell everyone I can that they’ll steal your money any chance they get.nThey’ve been sued about issues like this multiple times, you can easily find that with a google search.nnNo one should ever get an account with them. It’s the most unethical company I’ve had to deal with.
