Carrington College

The RT program is pretty cool. The instructor's are knowledgeable and work very hard. The Student Finance Dept is beyond awful. I had nothing, but negative experiences with this bunch of incompetent staff after I signed up. For month's I received no assistance whatsoever to receive student loans. I was told to google student loand and see what to do from there. I am also a Veteran and it took month's for the school to get my paperwork in order for me to receive my BAH. I spent numerous hours on the phone with the VA in an attempt to fix the many mistakes that were made by Student Finance. Receiving your Student Loan checks, Pell Grant checks, or just about any other check is a joke. They can never tell you when your check will arrive. If they day it will be here on Tuesday that usually means 3 Tuesday's after that because they forgot to "package" the request to release thd funds. Trying to get an answer about where your money is is exhausting. You feel like you're talking to used car salesman. The truth will never come from their mouths. Nothing but deflection tactics and avoidance. You can forget calling someone for help. The phone number on the internet doesn't work. Should you manage to find a way to contact them, getting a response is almost guaranteed not to happen. I am almost done with my program and can't wait to get out of here. The RC Program staff are excellent. Everything else about this school needs some major changes. Here's where the school will reply to this review and offer apologies for me not being totally satisfied with my experiences at Carrington. They'll also suggest filling out a formal comlaint of some sort. No need. I can see from the other numerous negative reviews that nothing will change. Complete lip service. Don't go here if your student experience will involve Student Finance. You'll be sorry. Carrington should be ashamed of themselves for how they conduct business. Im sure they're not. As long as that money is coming in things will be just fine in their eyes.

Best Decision I've made! I love this school, the instructors and staff are Amazing, professional, & they are there for you anytime you need them. They also have an Awesome Medical Billing & Coding program!! ♡ It really makes a difference when you have instructors that actually care about their students' success. Since the beginning I have loved this place, when signing up on their page in the beginning, they called me in just a few minutes after I put my name and phone number down. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Now I am in my third term training to be an MA, my instructor is amazing and I love my classmates! If you love helping people in any way, consider Carrington college to help you towards your career training!

Studying at Carrington College is a gigantic step towards my dreams and desires as a professional. From the first day I felt well oriented and on a safe path. The classes, debates, orientations were always a great help for the moment of exercising my career. Entering the fascinating world of Medical Billing and Coding is one of the best decisions of my life. Thanks to all the staff of this College and 💯 recommended for you!
