Sherri Dower is a wonderful admissions counselor and was extremely patient and thorough with me while choosing my school. Still one of my favorite people there. Professor Schreiber is THE BEST math teacher ever. She will take the time to make sure you understand- no question is considered silly and she will show you multiple ways to solve each problem. Unfortunately- my first session was a rough one with a new anatomy teacher who really didn’t understand how to deliver the material and often got side tracked- extremely intelligent- just needs to make better connects with the students to understand the material. Most students barely passed session 1. Then to session 2- Wiley is the program they use for adaptive practice to better understand the material. First part of it is graded- the rest is for practice. After the first few of that session- we all chatted and realized we all are getting 4/10 give or a take a point. One girl in my class got every single question correct and it gave her a low grade. Tried to talk to the new anatomy teacher-nothing. Contacted Wiley-nothing. 6 points lost per adaptive practice really messes with your grade when you need a “B” or higher to pass. This is what ultimately led to my demise. Going to my third session my stats teacher was amazing. Quiet voice tone and hard to hear but very good. Had an online English class and getting ahold of the teacher was a pain. Had questions about an assignment and it took over 2 days to even get an email- at this point I withdrew from Chamberlain. There are a handful of people who really want to see you succeed- the other majority worries about everything but your success. I know it’s the no wait list that attracts people- it’s more expensive than other schools and just do your research before having your heart set on this one. I would have been more successful if I felt listened to and supported.

I’ve been going to Chamberlain for a little less than 2 years and I’m set to graduate in August of 2020. It seems like there are a few bad reviews and I wanted to make sure I gave interpretation of my experience. The vast majority the instructors are great. Like all schools, there are the sub par professors but it’s still not hard to pass those classes. Here’s the thing, this program is intense at times. A lot of people don’t cut it because of life obligations and they have to stop for varying reasons. It’s recommended that you don’t work but if you do, work at most, part time. I know that’s unrealistic for a lot of people, however, a lot of my classmates do work full time, have families, and attend this program and make it work. Pros: great professors, they’re attentive to your needs, classmates and comradry are great, and the program flies by quickly. Cons: cost - it’s expensive, some of the clinical site options are sub par, and it’s super intense at times (lots of assignments, lab and clinical time requirements). For those people who get jaded, drop out and write bad reviews, it’s because they couldn’t cut it. Just being honest. There is NO racism at this school (referring to prior review), quite the contrary, as it’s extremely inclusive and open to people from differing backgrounds and walks of like. This program is passable if you put in the time, energy and dedication. I’m obtaining a great education and I’ll have my BSN in 2.5 years (I already had a degree so it cut off a year). It has a great reputation in the healthcare community and the support you receive from the staff/prof is top notch. I’d recommend this program to anyone.

I have been attending Chamberlain for 7 months now. I had done a lot of research before applying and it looked like this was the best nursing school around. I know there are some bad reviews, and I was a little worried, however the Admission's Advisor, Mary, was amazing and I had a clear understanding of everything I needed to complete and I was able to get it all done quickly. I actually only had a week or so until the deadline for the upcoming semester so she was amazing. Once I started, I instantly noticed the care and compassion the instructors share. I have loved each and every one of my professors so far and I know I have made the right choice be going to Chamberlain. It is quite pricy, however I feel like this school is definitely worth it and you do get what you pay for! The reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the clinical compliance team is completely useless. You need to be compliant to continue enrolling in classes each session and every time you submit a case for help, they seem to send you a generic e-mail containing NO help at all. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that you cannot receive proper help on something that is extremely important for you to continue taking classes. That seems to be the only downfall to this great school. I would definitely recommend this school, however don't try getting any help from the clinical compliance team because you won't receive any.

First, they will not tell you their overall graduation rate for new students nation wide is 41%. Less then half folks. Second out of the 100's of reviews nationwide they average about 2.7 stars. Most people looks for 4 stars and above when searching where to spend $100,000 on an education. If you live in Arizona I would suggest you apply to the RN program through the community colleges and then BSN through NAU. Overall cost about 65% less and a better education. This once was a good college, now run by a group desperately in search of profiting from anyone they can get signed up without care whether you graduate of not. You have been warned.
