I cannot say enough good things about Phoenix Scuba and the owners Kelly and Steve. They are amazing!! If you have any questions at all they are more than willing to share their knowledge with you. They are amazing with people with learning disabilities. Our daughter has cognitive delays and they have been nothing but amazing with her at her learning speed. She is so excited when we tell her that she will be going to practice with Steve. They have patience of a saint. Something we never thought our daughter would be able to do she is doing! That in itself is so friggen amazing! The instructors are all just as amazing and so friendly. The whole dive shop is like a big family and they welcome you with open arms as soon as you open the door.

These guys are AMAZING! If you learn to dive here, you will not be disappointed. They have small classes for covid and are so incredibly patient with us nervous folks! I was unable to make the group open water dive so they made sure to get it done on my schedule before I go on vacation. Just trust me. If you want to learn to scuba, you want to do it here.

Phoenix Scuba is not just my dive center they are new friends and a second home! My wife and I have talked about getting dive certified for a while and finally decided to do it and we could not have been happier with our choice. I can tell you Kelly, Steve and the whole team at Phoenix Scuba are the most professional and nicest people to work with. They are always happy to answer questions and provide insight into a world that they have a vast amount of experience in. We first stopped in and met them in February before our anniversary trip to Grenada. We just stopped in to check the place out and see what they had to offer and we were instantly greeted with a smile and we have felt welcomed and extremely comfortable with them from day one!!! They have made this first step of our new found addiction very pleasurable. We have felt so comfortable with them and their teaching that we have even enrolled our teenage daughter and nephew in the same open water diver program. Basically, I cannot brag about them enough. If you have ever thought of giving this a try... DO IT!

You closed the business for a week while all of you went diving! That's great that you were able to do that, sincerely... but how about you post something on your website that indicates your closed so somebody doesn't drive, say, 30 miles, to get regs serviced. The best part; while I was sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out what was going on, an older man pulled up in a black pick up truck and ran to the gate. As I went over to ask him if he knew if you were open, he scurried into the gate and closed it and ran off and wouldn't even speak to me. I'm sure you folks are a great dive shop, however, this was my first experience with you.
