Told me 9 mins wasnt enough time to do paper work for the Unit I needed for my LLC business, said it would take 20 mins. And I've been in the area for 6 years, I know she lives up stairs. The next day I rush home early to get this unit and stay humble in the situation. They now have a different story, their all full.nOver all I will tell everyone to boycot this storage facility, Go else where. Even better someone make more units so we dont resort to going to this place ever agin
HORRIBLE customer service. No compassion for fellow human beings and lie through their teeth to best suit themselves.
